High Waist Pants

I remember the first time I saw someone wearing above the naval pants 2 seasons ago. What the he'll I thought! It looked so foreign to me! And I personally have never loved the 70s fashion! I'm in my 30's, so my generation was all about those low rise boot cut jeans. When is that coming back by the way so I can make sure I can fit in those oldies but goodies? Anyways, back to the high rise pants. What are yall's thoughts on the matter?? I personally have grown to love the look when the pants are super tight or slightly fitted. However, when worn extremely baggy, it looks like a child that's been playing in mom's closet or like wearing a huge pillow case. But, that's the extreme cases. I mean, who actually wears those runway looks anyways? Overall...I think the high rise fit is just making its debut! We will be seeing a lot more especially paired with off the shoulder prints, choker necklaces, and sandals. As for the low rise jeans, they will be coming back mainstream soon. The look will be mostly distressed and black denium. Paired with super high boots will be super cute and trendy for the Fall. So, what about you?
