SHIPPING POLICY
USPS is experiencing major delays and unprecedented volume increases at this time. While we are shipping as normal, USPS is often delaying packages in transit. Almost all orders are delivering, we are just seeing USPS taking longer than normal and some packages are not scanning until the day they deliver.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
USPS standard shipping is $7 Flat Rate.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped UPS.
If you order multiple times in one day please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $7 reshipment along with providing an updated address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties you may owe.
Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 5 business days as this only delays us processing orders.

Shipping Policy
If your package is lost in transit please email us at shopallthethingsboutique@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from SHOP All The Things Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 30 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. We prefer exchanges, but provide a money back guarantee on all purchases!

Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE.

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
All returns must still have the tag intact
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a polymailer (shipping bag) or box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopallthethingsboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
